EXECUTIVE COACHING

The Healthcare Industry requires outstanding leadership skills throughout the Enterprise to insure organization's survival and long term success. These outstanding leadership skills are necessary throughout "C suite" and extend throughout the organization. Given the increased focus on healthcare quality and efficiency, there is growing need for improved leadership skills throughout the clinical  service areas.

For example, nurses play an important role in Clinical Care and play a leadership role enhancing quality and improving efficiency. A Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is often partnered with a Chief Operations Officer (COO) or Medical Director to maximize all aspects of the Healthcare Team.

Debra Harrison, DNP, has ten years experience as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in Florida, where she led the nursing team to achieve Magnet status, Mayo Clinic Florida was rated the #1 hospital in Florida according to US News and World Report in 2016. She is working to help other Nurse Executives to achieve their goals and raise the level of nursing quality care in their organizations. As an Executive Coach with Morgan Executive Development Institute (MEDI) , Debra has access to researched methodology and resources used for the past 15 years to coach healthcare executives and physicians. She will bring the needed emphasis on Nursing Executives to the team. The following articles and presentations relate specifically to value based care initiatives.
